Mrs2Be competitions are open to all full-time UK residents over 18 years of age. Employees of Mrs2Be or their families may not enter the competitions. A winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received and our decision as to the winner is final, no cash alternative will be offered. The prize may be subject to an available date being agreed and is non-transferable. No responsibility will be taken by Mrs2Be for the provision of products and services by a third party. Competitions and prizes are offered in good faith and all reasonable steps will be taken to ensure that the competitions run smoothly; however, in the event of any dispute, our decision is final.
INTERPRETATION AND GOVERNING LAW
This is a plain English contract. Other than defined terms, words and expressions have their normal English meaning as they would be understood by a reasonable person in the context of this contract.
This contract is governed by the laws of England and Wales and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
