1 CONTRACT FORMATION
The contract is formed in three stages: our display is an offer, your order is an acceptance and the contract is concluded when you receive our electronic acknowledgement of
your acceptance. You are deemed to receive our acknowledgement when you are able to access it.
2 WARRANTIES ABOUT THE GOODS
We warrant that the goods:
l are of satisfactory quality
l are safe for normal use
l are fit for normal use and any stated purpose, but not fit for any use which we state in our catalogue may be inappropriate
l comply materially with the written description given in our catalogue.
3 DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS
3.1 We intend to deliver the goods on the date set out in the order form or, in any event, within 28 days of receiving your order. If a particular delivery date is critical for you, you must tell us so in writing when, or before, you place your order; we will do our best to meet your deadline but we cannot guarantee to do so.
3.2 If we are unable to deliver the goods within 28 days of receiving your order, we will tell you at the earliest opportunity and you will have the right to cancel the order. In that event, we will promptly refund any money you have paid.
3.3 All offers are subject to availability. If we cannot supply your order, we will refund your money promptly.
3.4 We will deliver either by Royal Mail, or Parcel Force depending on the size/weight of the order. In any event goods will be Registered so please ensure that there is someone available to sign for the goods at the delivery address.
4 YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
4.1 You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to seven days after you receive the goods ('the time allowed'), except for perishable (such as chocolates) or personalised goods
4.2 If you decide to cancel, you should tell us within the time allowed. It is up to you to make sure that your cancellation reaches us in time.
4.3 If you do cancel, you must not use the goods and they must be returned in their original package and condition. You will be liable for the cost of returning cancelled order.
5 INSPECTION OF GOODS
You should inspect and test the goods at the earliest opportunity. If the goods are defective or otherwise in breach of the contract terms, you have the right to return them to us but you should do so within 21 days from the purchase date. Upon return of the goods you have the right to either a full refund of the price of the goods, plus your reasonable and proper cost of returning them, or a replacement (if available).
GUARANTEES AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE
The following relate only to Goods:
- Subject as set out below, the Goods are sold with the benefit of and subject to the terms applicable to such warranty as is given by the manufacturer of the Goods.
- If the goods have not been paid for in full by the due date of the invoice, there shall be no liability under any such warranty or guarantee.
- If a valid warranty claim is made within 30 days of purchase of new Goods we will satisfy in full our liability to you by either replacing the Goods free of charge; or refunding to you the price you paid for the Goods if the exact same item is not in stock.
7 AVAILABILITY
We have the right to change our prices at any time without advance warning.
8 SECURITY
Responsibility for the security and proper use of member user names and passwords used in connection with Mrs2Be is the responsibility of the user/member and it is also the responsibility of said user/member to take all steps necessary to ensure that such details are kept securely, used properly and remain confidential.
Should a member/user believe for any reason their user name and/or password has been breached they must inform us immediately. If a username or password is lost, we must be informed a nd you must contact us and satisfy such security checks as we may operate.
We reserve the right to suspend user name and password access to the Site and the Services if at any time we consider that there is or is likely to be a breach of security.
We reserve the right (in our sole discretion) to require you to change any or all of the passwords used by you in connection with the immediately Site.
Mrs2Be ues PayPal to collect payment, and therefore can accept no responsibility for security during the process of payment as this is a third-party website and security is dealt with unde PayPal's own Terms & Conditions.
You must inform us of any changes to the information you supplied when registering for the Site.

10 DESCRIPTIONS
We do our best to ensure that the descriptions and illustrations of the goods we supply are fair, honest and accurate.
11 STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in this contract affects your statutory rights.
12 MISTAKES IN BILLS
If we make a mistake in any bill, we will correct it as soon as the mistake comes to our attention, and we will, if appropriate, refund any money to you promptly.
13 RECORDS OF CONTRACTS
We maintain records of all contracts, and, if you so request, we will provide you with a copy of any contract between us and you entered into within the last 24 months.
14 PRIVACY
We will use the information you give us, and information arising from our dealings with you ('personal data') to enable us to perform our obligations to you. We provide your information to necessary third-parties such as those from whom you purchase goods or services via our site, and also to sponsors of any competitions in which you take part. We may also analyse your personal data, for example, for marketing and market research purposes and for keeping you informed of any new services and updates to the site. We may also provide your personal information to carefully selected third-parties unless you express otherwise by writing to us at info@mrs2be.com. We will comply with our statutory obligations in relation to your personal data, and we will not pass on any 'sensitive data' (as defined in the Data Protection Act 1998) without your prior consent. You have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal data, and to correct any mistakes.
15. THE MRS2BE WEDDING FORUM
The Mrs2Be Forum is a moderated forum where members can exchange information, seek and offer help with wedding planning issues or simply have fun. Whether you have a question, an important message for humanity or a harmless observation about life, you are welcome, regardless of your gender, marital status or creed.
Mrs2Be does have moderators whose role is to promote freedom of speech, while preventing personal attacks. Whilst some members may feel there is a grey area in the middle of these two positions, and not everyone draws the line in the same place, the final say lies with the Mrs2Be Moderator and where it is felt that a post or thread is abusive, it will be deleted. The moderators represent the Editor in all such matters, and their decisions are final.
Members may not use the Mrs2Be forum to advertise or promote other websites, products or services without the prior permission of Mrs2Be.
Mrs2Be cannot be held responsible for the views of members, nor for any consequences arising therefrom. Offensive postings may be removed and persistent offenders may be barred. Offensive postings are those which include obscenity, racism, sexism or homophobia, or content that other users might find offensive or threatening, or where one user impersonates another or which may put Mrs2Be in legal jeopardy, by being potentially libellous or defamatory.
16 Third party issues
Unless the contract states otherwise in writing, the benefit of this contract is personal to you and only you can enforce the contractual terms.
17 INTERPRETATION AND GOVERNING LAW
This is a plain English contract. Other than defined terms, words and expressions have their normal English meaning as they would be understood by a reasonable person in the context of this contract.
This contract is governed by the laws of England and Wales and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
