peartree pictures running for the busThe Mrs2be supplier of the month for March is Ian Southworth of Peartree Picture. Ian has been involved in the photography business for around 20 years. Having finished college in 1988, he trained as an advertising retoucher and was one of the first to use Photoshop software which resulted in his achieving some outstanding and award winning results.

While working with some of the leading photographers in the industry, Ian soon learnt to work seamlessly behind the camera as well as in front of the computer adding the all important finishing touches to his images.

Ian’s company Peartree Pictures.co.uk was formed when impressed with his work, some friends asked him to photograph their wedding. The day was an incredible success and led to many more bookings and his entrance into the world of wedding photography.

Working in a relaxed and discreet way, Ian truly captures the magic of your wedding day. Most photographers tend to stick rigidly to just one style of photography however award winning photographer Ian likes to blur the lines to create a mix of contemporary and natural shots.

Ian says of his photography "My style is a combination of contemporary and reportage photography that captures all the emotion and fun of the day in an unobtrusive yet creative manner."
